I accept Medicare and Medicaid (as a secondary insurance).

I also accept BCBS and other private insurances.

Often with Medicare and a secondary insurance, there will be no out of pocket expense.

I verify benefits before we begin so that you will know your rate before making a decision. I will also file the insurance claims.

Private pay rate is $75 per session.
